Miro's Comments: A little greasy, I'm tempted to put a napkin on it like those girls in college did, but (like in college) that grease is awful tasty.

Elizabeth's Comments: Flavorful and spicy, but a little fake tasting. Like corn syrup.

Miro's Comments: There's no such thing as perfect, but this was a great pie at a good price, served hot. Perhaps my favorite of all the delivered pies we've ordered thus far!
Elizabeth's Comments: It tastes like a pizza. Nothing awful. Nothing spectacular. Just a solid pizza at a solid price.

Miro's Comments: I can't believe I married you. I'm not sure this is going to last.
Elizabeth's Comments: They have great coupons. $12.99 got us a large pizza, 10 wings, and a liter of soda! And as a side note, Miro says I have the better palate.

Miro's Comments: We violated our cheese pizza rule to our own detriment. It's not that it's not a very attractive pizza … maybe it's just to precious looking for me to want to dig in
Elizabeth's Comments: It looks like a work of art…though I'm not sure if I want to eat it.

Miro's Comments: A clean fresh smell. Mostly I smell Arugula, which I like.

Miro's Comments: It wasn't super hot by the time I got to it, but that had more to do with the pit stop I had to make to soak my shirt after a cherry tomato geysered out at me when I cut into it too agressively.
Elizabeth's Comments: Usually in restaurant is cheating, but apparently it sat out back for a while.

#DIV/0!
Miro's Comments: Our fault, we got a pie with no sauce.
Elizabeth's Comments: We messed up and got a sauceless pizza. The two tomotoes per slice looked lonely…and then they attacked Miro.

Miro's Comments: It's hard to judge this one against the pizzas that we usually eat. So perhaps I'm judging it overly harshly against high standards, but I wanted more flavor in it. That said, the chewy crispy balance was very good.
Elizabeth's Comments: Delicious! Chewy yet crunchy, but a tad too burnt in areas

Miro's Comments: I just wasn't impressed.
Elizabeth's Comments: They made the fatal Top Chef mistake - a serious lack of salt! This pizza was desperately seeking salt and there was none to be found - on the pie or on the table.

Miro's Comments: I'm trying not to factor my tomato incident into my opinion. But I think it's creeping into my feelings regardless. To be clear, I blame no one but myself, I understand and ignored basic tomato physics and got punished for it.
Elizabeth's Comments: The waiter was on the ball, but super weird. The fries and carppacio were yummy too - though carppacio also needed salt.

Miro's Comments: My usual problem with overly roundness is present, and while there are blackened bits of cheese, they look kinda painted on.

Miro's Comments: I know. It's silly, but growing up, Papa Gino's was pizza. Those kind of sense memories are hard to shake.

Miro's Comments: The crispiness comes mostly from the cornmeal dusting. But I like the balance and I get a sense of flavor.
Elizabeth's Comments: For thin crust you expect a crisp that isn't there. That said, I don't really like crispiness, but I don't like overly chewy either. This is just a little bit too tough. You need to pull it out of your mouth rather aggressively and the flavor is rather bland.

Miro's Comments: Was, is and will continue to be my favorite choice for a chain-based pizza. When I need to know there's a familiar pizza around, it's Papa Gino's. Apparently that means I can never leave New England, but at least they have them in the city now.
Elizabeth's Comments: We probably should have done this earlier; it gives a good baseline to our readers.
