Miro's Comments: Piping hot as it should be in a restaurant. Basically straight from oven, but rested just long enough.
Elizabeth's Comments: Cheating, we're in a restaurant

Miro's Comments: Solid. Our experiment here is a bit spoiled by topping though. There's just not much cheese.
Elizabeth's Comments: A flavorful, even coating

Miro's Comments: Good flavor, but a little watery. Mostly it relies on big chucks of tomato.
Elizabeth's Comments: Delicious and fresh tasting with a bunch of tomatoes, but there is far too little of it!

Miro's Comments: I think upper crust is generally over-rated, but I do love the crispy toasted-ness of their crust.
Elizabeth's Comments: Crispy & tasty, but a tad too thin and charred for me.

Miro's Comments: Frankly, I was prepared to dislike this place. I know it's good, but I didn't think it could live up to it's own hype. I have to say that, at least in the restaurant, I really enjoyed it.
Elizabeth's Comments: If this pizza was bigger on sauce & smaller on price, it would be close to perfection.

Overall Comments
Miro's Comments: I haven't had as good an experience with Upper Crust delivery. For these prices, make the trek to the store.
Elizabeth's Comments: I tend to avoid this place because of price. Is the pizza really $5 better for cheese, $10 better for toppings? I don't think so. Furthermore, we devoured the entire thing (which never happens) so I conclude that 18" of really thin dough is no where near the volume of standard delivery 16" pizzas. That said, it's tasty if you feel like being fancy!
