We feel badly for neglecting you so we decided to do a two part series on this Somerville icon, not only will we be rating their pizza – we will be rating both thick crust and regular crust!

	Miro's Comments:  Wow. That is a lot of crust. I mean a lot of crust. So much crust. When you pull out a slice, it's more clear that they roll the crust around the edges in order to achieve a loaf-like thickness.
	Elizabeth's Comments: A little silly - I thought thick crust meant the whole thing was going to be thick for some reason. There is a great even coating of cheese with nice crispy bits.  It looks tasty.

	Miro's Comments: Salty and rich. A good flavor for delivery pizza
	Elizabeth's Comments: A decent amount nicely covering the the whole sauce area - not the strongest of flavors though, it's a bit overshadowed by a grease tone.

	Miro's Comments: A little thin, but pretty standard
	Elizabeth's Comments: I reallly like this sauce.  It goes well with pizza.  Not too sweet, not too spicey, just the right ratio.

	Miro's Comments: Too much crust. The rim on the edge is too thick to feel fully cooked and it lacks a toasted flavor I would like. The crust under the cheese is think and chewy, but I almost wanted less of it given how think the crust on the edge is.
	Elizabeth's Comments: I was excited, I usually like a thick, chewy crust, however, this is a little too chewy - like undercooked and dense instead of fluffy.  It's actually hard to get my teeth in.

	Miro's Comments: I felt like the 'thick crust' was more novelty than thoughtful culinary choice.
	Elizabeth's Comments: I think I would be in heavean if this dough spent another 2 minutes in the oven.

	Miro's Comments: I haven't ever had this reaction before. I'm actually overwhelmed by the pizza. The volume of cheese, and grease and crust is striking. One side is clearly burnt. I'm not sure if that's a good sign of authenticity or if it's worrisome.
	Elizabeth's Comments: So. Much. Cheese! (Ok, and so much grease too). And what's with the random burn spot?

	Miro's Comments: Wow. There is alot of cheese and it's very greasy. That said, the cheese is rich and flavorful.
	Elizabeth's Comments: So much of it! So crispy! However, it all comes off in one giant clump which I hate!

	Miro's Comments: I'm liking the sauce. It's a bit thin, and there's so much of it the cheese is sliding around, but the flavor is there.
	Elizabeth's Comments: Icky sweet & thin - almost reminds me of the red corn syrup mixture they use for Halloween vampire blood.

	Miro's Comments: It's got that Greek Pan style crust. It's crispy and airy on the rim, while soft in the center. I'd like a bit more flavor to it, but there's nothing to criticize either if you like that style.
	Elizabeth's Comments: Minus the burnt bits (my bad for choosing this piece as the rater piece) the crust is doughy yet crunchy.  Nice Greek-style.

	Miro's Comments: A pretty great example of a Greek style pizza. It's rich and overflowing. If there weren't a burnt corner, this would have a shot at a perfect score.
	Elizabeth's Comments: You had me till the sauce!  I might be scraping it off the next slice.

Overall Comments	Miro's Comments: Usually, I never have this problem with a delivery pizza, but I actually should have let this one sit a bit. The cheese hadn't set up, so I got this flimsy gooey piece I had to reassemble on my plate. Usually not a worry with delivery.
	Elizabeth's Comments: I appreciate that they called us to say that their fried mushrooms were really bad today and that we probably didn't want to get them.
