	Elizabeth's Comments: There is a lot of it but an odd after taste - I think it might be the grease.  This one is very greasey.

	Miro's Comments: Thin on the sauce, I can't tast much of it, but what I get tastes fine
	Elizabeth's Comments: I'm digging the sauce flavor - perfect blend of spice, sweet, & tomato but the ratio is off - there needs to be more to balance out the greasy-ness.

	Miro's Comments: Like it's think crusted counter part from Jimbos, I find the crust lacks flavor, but at least in this thinner version it gets its toast on a little more.
	Elizabeth's Comments: A little flimsy but flavorful, doughy, and a bit crunchy.  I'm a fan.

We feel badly for neglecting you so we decided to do a two part series on this Somerville icon, not only will we be rating their pizza – we will be rating both thick crust and regular crust!

	Miro's Comments:  Wow. That is a lot of crust. I mean a lot of crust. So much crust. When you pull out a slice, it's more clear that they roll the crust around the edges in order to achieve a loaf-like thickness.
	Elizabeth's Comments: A little silly - I thought thick crust meant the whole thing was going to be thick for some reason. There is a great even coating of cheese with nice crispy bits.  It looks tasty.

	Elizabeth's Comments: A decent amount nicely covering the the whole sauce area - not the strongest of flavors though, it's a bit overshadowed by a grease tone.

	Miro's Comments: A little thin, but pretty standard
	Elizabeth's Comments: I reallly like this sauce.  It goes well with pizza.  Not too sweet, not too spicey, just the right ratio.

	Miro's Comments: Too much crust. The rim on the edge is too thick to feel fully cooked and it lacks a toasted flavor I would like. The crust under the cheese is think and chewy, but I almost wanted less of it given how think the crust on the edge is.
	Elizabeth's Comments: I was excited, I usually like a thick, chewy crust, however, this is a little too chewy - like undercooked and dense instead of fluffy.  It's actually hard to get my teeth in.

	Miro's Comments: I felt like the 'thick crust' was more novelty than thoughtful culinary choice.
	Elizabeth's Comments: I think I would be in heavean if this dough spent another 2 minutes in the oven.
