Zing Pizza | Cambridge
For this blog we're joined by Tim Finn. Without Tim's verbal intonation, I fear something is lost in his comments, so check out his chronicle of his work on the definitive history of G.I. Joe and his personal blog, inanimate.com.

Miro's Comments: Crispy and enormous. Tim appears to be inspecting the underside of his slice. I will do the same and pretend I know what I'm looking for.
Elizabeth's Comments: Rectangular. Interesting … a burny, but lots of cheese
Tim's Comments: Properly cooked - no burn cheese or crust (excepting ever so slight lower edge char) - to be expected from wood grilled fired. Proper amount of cheese, good visible cheese-to-sauce-to-crust ratio.

Miro's Comments: Salty and well balanced with the sauce
Elizabeth's Comments: Not flavorful, but a nice coating.
Tim's Comments: I'm not good at this - recognizing when non-mozzarella cheese or part skim is mixed with regular (whole milk?). So I'll say my metric is Pinocchio's which has my favorite cheese. This tasted quite good, but not as rich and smooth? mozzerella-ey? as at Pinocchio's ... like there was another cheese mixed in.

Miro's Comments: Very rich without being too sweet. I'm enjoying more than I usually do.
Elizabeth's Comments: Not much of it. I can't really determine the flavor. That said, it's not noticeably bad either.
Tim's Comments: Tangy, not sweet. Would've liked a little more (ate at Posto in Davis last night and it had more sauce & it was chunkier).

Miro's Comments: Tasty and crisp with a delicate singe for extra flavor.
Elizabeth's Comments: Thin and a little burny
Tim's Comments: Great for flatbread. (Flatbread not my preferred style, but I wouldn't not go to a flatbread place).

Miro's Comments: A good layer of cheese and solid sauce all gently placed upon a delightfully crispy crust.
Elizabeth's Comments: All together is pretty good, but not super memorable. It gets extra points for tasting super fresh.
Tim's Comments: To provide a comparison, I'd call Flatbread in Davis a 5 - slightly tastier cheese, sauce, and crust. A stronger sense of how fresh everything is but that could be me being swayed by Flatbread's menus & wait staff stressing the "Fresh/organic/local" angle.
