	Miro's Comments: Good quality cheese, but not enough of it. I'd like more, even if it was less flavorful, to give it more chew.

	Miro's Comments: A little too much sauce, but good flavor on it. The sauce is a bit sweet, but I think it's real and is balanced by the cheese. A shake of parm would help.

	Miro's Comments: I had high hopes for this crust, and I'm really torn on judging it. It's crisp, which is nice, but it's crisp in almost a flaky, oiled way. I think that's a deliberate part of their "signature fire-grilled style" but I might be more of a wood grilled man myself.
	Elizabeth's Comments: Crispy on the outside, too wimpy to hold up the insides. No doughiness at all, but it has a nice flavor it.

	Miro's Comments: I think I'm just not into the 'signature fire grilled' crust. It tastes too much of oil. I bet if I came back for the regular wood grilled I would really like it.

Overall Comments	Miro's Comments: To the dude behind the counter. If you're going to look like a stoner, try not to reinforce everyone's worst sterotypes about what a 'stoner looking dude' acts like. Forgetting my soda was fine. Forgetting you didn't have any romaine lettuce in the shop was more surprising. Telling me about it 15 minutes after I had a conversation with the chef about getting a different salad and had a fork full of lettuce is a bit too much..
	Elizabeth's Comments: I'm pretty sure I came here during my first date in high school. Back then I must have had a much higher tolerance for dirty floors. Has this place ever seen a vacuum. Yuck.
